Financial Arbitrator and the Office of the Financial Arbitrator

The Financial Arbitrator may help you to solve various disputes with the financial institutions in out-of-court proceedings in which you do not need to have a representative (e.g. an attorney), free of charge. The Financial Arbitrator shall be appointed by the Government and the activities of the Financial Arbitrator shall be administratively supported by the Office of the Financial Arbitrator, government agency.
